Submitting a Sushi Supply inquiry does not constitute a binding contract. Prices and availability for wholesale items are subject to change and will be finalized upon direct contact with our sales team.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including the JB Sushi logo, menu item names (e.g., signature rolls), and high-resolution photography, is the property of JB Sushi. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
4. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in all forms. Submission of fraudulent franchise or career applications may result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
JB Sushi is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our products if specific dietary restrictions were not clearly communicated during the ordering process.
